“The Power of No: A Boundaries Workshop for Healing and Growth”

Description:

In this therapist-led workshop, we’ll explore how honoring your limits is an essential act of self-care. Many of us struggle with saying “no,” fear conflict, or feel responsible for the emotions of others. This workshop creates space to unlearn those patterns and build a new relationship with yourself—one rooted in clarity, courage, and self-trust.

Through a combination of education, reflection, and group support, participants will:

  • Explore how past experiences shape current boundary patterns

  • Identify signs of boundary violations and internal discomfort

  • Learn gentle, firm ways to assert needs and limits

  • Practice boundary-setting in a safe and supportive space

You’ll leave with practical tools and a deeper sense of permission to protect your energy and values. Whether you're navigating relationships, work stress, or inner conflict, this workshop offers a grounding place to begin again—with kindness and strength.
