Ketamine Process Group: A Supportive Space for Healing and Integration

Are you currently receiving ketamine treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, or other mental health concerns? You don’t have to walk this path alone.
Support Groups

Description:

Our Ketamine Process Group offers a supportive, therapist-led space where individuals engaged in ketamine-assisted therapy can come together to reflect, connect, and heal. This group is designed to help you make meaning of your experiences, process emotional insights, and feel less isolated on your journey.

Led by a licensed therapist with training in psychedelic integration and trauma-informed care, this group is ideal for individuals looking to deepen the benefits of their ketamine treatment and explore how it fits into their broader mental health journey.

Group purpose:

Whether you’re new to ketamine treatment or have had multiple sessions, this group can help you:

  • Integrate your ketamine experiences in a safe, structured way

  • Connect with others who understand what you're going through

  • Explore emotions, insights, and questions that arise during treatment

  • Gain tools and perspectives to support ongoing healing and growth

  • Reduce feelings of isolation by building community in a non-judgmental environment

Who It’s For:

  • Adults currently undergoing or recently completed ketamine treatments (IV, IM, lozenge, or KAP)

  • Those seeking emotional support, insight, and peer connection

  • Individuals open to sharing and reflecting in a confidential, supportive setting

Who It’s NOT For:

While this group offers a valuable space for connection and integration, it may not be the right fit for everyone. This group is not recommended for individuals who:

  • Are not currently receiving ketamine treatment or have no prior experience with ketamine-assisted therapy

  • Require crisis stabilization or are experiencing acute suicidal ideation or psychosis

  • Are unable or unwilling to engage in a group setting (due to severe social anxiety, paranoia, or other clinical concerns)

  • Need individual therapy for complex trauma, dissociation, or unresolved personal safety issues

  • Are actively misusing substances in ways that could interfere with group safety or the therapeutic process

  • Prefer a medical or strictly clinical setting rather than a reflective, process-oriented group experience

If you're unsure whether this group is the right space for you or your client, we’re happy to offer a brief screening call to determine the best fit.
